fs init and profiles
One profile per client: name, sign-in, watched workspaces, optional repo link.
A profile is one client. It holds the tenant, the account, the workspaces fs watch polls, and an optional link to a local PBIP repo.
fs init
The wizard asks for a name, signs you in, lists every workspace the account can see, and lets you pick the watch set. AI agents and scripts still reach every workspace; fs only polls the watched ones.
