The fleet board: refresh health, drift and last activity, printed once.
fs with no arguments prints the fleet board. fs status is the same command by name.

One row per model: last refresh, duration with a trend, drift against your local repo, owner, last publish, last activity. The worst row sorts first. The bottom line is always the next command to run.
Exit code 1 means the board has findings, so a script can gate on it.
