The screen
- Left: the tree mirrors the portal. Tenant, workspace, then a flat list of items with a type glyph.
- Right: six fixed lines for a semantic model: state, runs, next, owner, reports, failure. A report shows its parent model, modified date and link.
- Header: the poll clock.

Polling
Polling follows the screen. The focused item polls every 60 seconds, an expanded workspace every 10 minutes, a collapsed one never. A failed refresh turns the row ✗ and bumps the workspace count. No bell, no toast.
